Because the players don’t execute.

I disagree 100%. They’re not put in a position to succeed on these plays. There was a reason when Fred was here that people referenced our scoring on inbounds plays as a sign of great coaching. It’s an indicator of a good offensive coach.

Prohm does a lot of great things as a coach, but for whatever reason it seems like every team he has struggled to inbound the ball.

You guys should be happy we scored on one early in the game.

It could be TT played good defense on the inbounds play? You know the #2 defense in the country. No can't be it has to be ISU's coach.

Beat the #8 team on the road and people still ***** and complain.

Lol you think this is the only game that this an issue?

We played a great game but this is a real thing that almost cost us a big win. Forgive me for posting.

If you don't think inbounding the ball has been an issue under Prohm, I don't even know what to say to you. It VERY easily could have cost us the game tonight. We turned it over twice in the final 2 mins on inbounds plays and another time had to call a timeout because we couldn't get it in either.

We're all thrilled with this win, who wouldn't be, but that doesn't mean we don't have a big glaring issue that needs taken care of.

It seems like they scrren for one guy, and if it;s not there everyone else just stand there with the arms up calling for the ball, even though they aren't open.

I will say on the late one where Prohm called a T.O. before the 5 second call, they had Wigginton wide open for a corner 3 but Babb didn't see him. I think some of it is guys not setting good screens and not cutting hard, but Babb hesitates a TON when he has guys open.

I understand that inbounds plays are the thing this board gets their pantys in a bunch about but maybe, just maybe, they are being drawn up well but execution and/or the defense is making them not work. This is just something that annoys me, none of us know what the play was, if it was executed correctly or if the defense did a good job to take it away. But yet the ******** goes on.
