@ISUCyclones2015 so you had your meeting deal this week - here's mine.

I get asked by two people if I could meet with them today. Pushed one to Monday, gave a time to the other. Already had 6 appts on my calendar for today. Five minutes after I set up a time with one person, one of my meetings changes time slots to overlap with the slot I just gave to that person. I message person again to reschedule.

Now here TWO MINUTES before that changed meeting is to begin, they cancel it saying ah we can do this over email and then I'll meet with some individuals (me included) later.
People continually schedule meetings as if everyone is at their immediate disposal. Our calendars are filled with double and triple booked meetings and they don't even blink.

My issue is customers who call at any time, and apparently think all I have to do is sit around waiting for them to call me. WTF??!!??

The dude actually did it a second time to me and CC'd my manager this time asking why I wasn't present lol. My manager called him out and CC'd his manager for basically being a dumb ass.

But that sucks CG. That happens so often to me that I stopped rescheduling. If you need me to be there then you need to get on my calendar first

Since I've never been a drinker, how much is someone "supposed" to drink when they receive another flush letter?
Asking for a friend.

Well back in the old days you could take your flush letters to Cy's and get a shot for free. Check with your undergrads to learn where the best deals are.

Well long day at work, plus side was by the time I heard some of the game I just listened on the radio and saved myself a bar bill.

On a somewhat related note, CBS News reported last night that several employees at an Amazon warehouse had to be taken to a hospital after a container of bear repellent exploded. One person actually reported in critical condition. (Not sure if just from the repellent, or perhaps the explosion itself.)

Regardless, that must be some pretty terrible stuff.
Some friends and I went on a caribou hunt in Alaska some years ago. The pilot that flew us to our spot asked if anyone had bear spray in the plane. He said that there had been cases of it exploding in the plane and causing crashes.

There used to be a candy store downtown Mpls that had a lot of stuff you couldn't find anywhere else. They had a giant gummy bear there the one time I visited. It was about the size of a volleyball or basketball and probably more than 5 pounds.

I think it was on South 3rd St., but I'm not seeing it online anywhere.
It was in the building that connects to the one I'm in and is not there anymore. It was in kind of a weird spot where there would be little walk-by traffic.

I've got a can in my garage. I hope MN winter temps don't cause problems with it.

My daughter had a fundraiser at a book store at 7 so we went there for a while. I went home, turned around and left to coach my son's basketball team. I'm not super upset that I only was able to watch about 5 minutes of the game.

My daughter's job at the fundraiser was to wrap the books for Christmas gifts. We had her wrap one for us. She cut a horribly not-straight line and then she put the piece of tape to hold the paper down on a line where the images changed on the paper instead of the line where the paper ended. #madwrappingskills

Meh, no one worries about the wrapping anyway. It just keeps you from seeing what's inside. I don't think I've ever thought to myself "what a marvelous wrapping job they did to this present. Now I shall destroy all that work."

True. However, this should give my younger daughter and I enough ammo to pick on her through the entire holiday season.
