People bringing up OU's defense need to remember Maryland put up 51 on OSU last week. West Virginia has a much better offense than Maryland.

OU's defense has been bad all year, as has OSU's.

What sets them apart for perception is both teams aren't in the 50s in this game.

I actually thought Michigan's defense was the one all season that looked good in that conference. Guess not.

And this was a perfect situation for Urban Meyer. He lives for the underdog role and I predicted in August that the ESPN talking heads will go crazy with the adversity talk to get them into the CFP, and you can bet it's going to happen. Exactly what I was referring to. Maryland hung 51 points last week on Ohio State. Their defense sucks. No legitimate argument for passing up OU.
