We have chili, potato, chicken noodle, ham and bean, and chicken tortilla soup throughout the winter; all homemade and all awesome.
You live in Minnesota. I think you need to have a version of Creamy Chicken Wild Rice Soup that is comparable to Byerly's to get a state-issued ID.
I have never tried making it, but if I am going to go to the trouble, I'm just going to make my chili. I don't think CCWR soup gets better as leftovers. Chili on the other hand only keeps getting better in the fridge - until it starts turning green, that is.
I disagree, CCWR soup gets better in the fridge. The recipe I use has bacon in it, too. Although I would classify it more as a “stewp” or a stew/soup the way I make it—a very thick soup.
No one in my family appreciates soup. I will make it at least once a week in the fall/winter and there are usually complaints every time. So far no one has offered to make dinner instead of me, so they get soup once a week.
Living in Omaha we get those type of ads for both Iowa and Nebraska.
So yesterday we got an email from our building principal (working part time in the elementary school) and I just read the preview of it. She was hosting a nacho bar for the staff in honor of mental health awareness day. I guess nachos make everyone happy. 
I failed to see the other half of the message which was you could wear whatever you wanted to work today. Would wearing sweats make you happy? Wear sweats. Wearing a dress make you happy? Wear a dress. I saw that after I was already dressed for the day. I pretty much can wear jeans every day, so it wasn’t a huge deal. But it was fun seeing people all comfy in sweats and sweatshirts for the day.

I get the Minnesota ones. Most irritating one is one guy claiming that the other is a career politician and never there and in turn the second guy talks about the other guy moving in just recently to the district. They are claiming the same thing against each other.
I’d rather not, if you get what I bean - uh, mean.

Trying to figure out how I got on Pacific time. Actually, more like Alaska time.

Falling back off of daylight saving next month will get me solidly back to California time, then I can work on maybe something more like Denver.
