while we are at it, anyone else have ads that are pulsating. I notice it only on the desktop site. I understand the need for ads but do they need to be pulsating?

Nope. I'm logged in as someone else when I first get on, but it does correct it when I to into the Forums for example.

This is what happened for me also. Today is the first time I've encountered the "I'm someone else" problem -- first time I checked in today, about 15 minutes ago. So maybe it isn't fixed quite yet. ?

Just posting to let you know this is still happening as of this morning. It appeared that I was logged in as someone else but I don't think I was. Wouldn't have even noticed but it said that I had 14 new notifications and I hadn't posted anything recently. As soon as I clicked on the notifications it showed me my info. The rogue profile pic and notifications went away.

This just happened to me as well. I saw the other user's name in the upper right corner. When I clicked on the Profile link it went to the other user's profile but also switched to show my correct ID logged in.

Samesies for me today.
@mapnerd is what its logging me in as and I can go to their profile and see whatever I'd want to. I didn't look thru anything to keep their info private.
As soon as I go to forums, it's my profile.
