No matter what alternate uniform or design comes out there are going to be people complaining. It's hard to believe people can get their panties in such a bunch over that.

Wild goats climb for safety as most predators can't climb quite as well as goats can. Those that instinctively climb even when the don't see danger are better positioned for survival when unforeseen danger strikes so you might say climbing genes have selected through natural selection.
I'm okay with most of them. I'm not real fond of the solid mustardy unis for either MBB or FB, and I didn't like the anthracite on the MBB (But loved the look for FB). I think my problem with the MBB unis was the lack of cardinal or gold or anything recognizably ISU on them.

My bike ride wind curse is back. Thought I was just old and weakass but checked and wind was SE 22 mph and seemed always to be in my face. Nice and sunny though, as evidenced by all of the thong bottoms at Lake Calhoun. I get the gals on sail boards and such but wasn't expecting the roller girl thongs.
I've always figured DH was an ok guy, but he moved up a couple of notches with the Calvin & Hobbes liking.

@cowgirl836 Hubby won an iPad on a radio call-in contest right before baby #3 was born. Took it to the hospital with me. I am on my iPad at home a lot. (I have upgraded, the old one is now the kids' iPad) Especially when you are nursing and/or pumping it is nice to have something portable to use to be online or watch/read something. Hubby has a keyboard case he uses with his work iPad. He also downloads shows from amazon prime to watch while on the airplane when he travels. I watched whole seasons of shows while I was rocking our youngest to sleep. Not all in one night. Like an episode a night—I wore headphones.
Picked up the oldest from softball tonight at 8pm 1st conference games are Monday. She is the returning varsity catcher. “I’ve been doing a lot of catching in practice, which is fine because it will help with my game stamina. And oh, my glove broke in an important spot, Dad needs to fix it” (Dad is gone until Sunday night)
She has had this catcher’s mit since about 5th grade, it has been re-laced in a couple different spots already but she loves how it is broken in just right. Not sure how much longer it will hold out.
