Usually they would say Fran is going to take his ball and go home but in this case it is take his two sons and go home.
Some kid I think his name is Tyree or something. Not even sure if he is highly rated. I assume they want Hurt as well but that would be a pipe dream.
Interesting, I've never even heard that guys name before. Odd that Fran would make his son play for an out of state AAU team solely for a player that not even Little Richard thinks is worth an offer at this point haha. But whatever, I'll happy let them keep doing what they are doing.
Terry doesn't overly impress on tape but I wouldn't count him out yet before seeing how he plays the next 6 months. At this point though, if Iowa misses on Carton it would just be a huge disappointment for them regardless. Pulling a top out of state lead guard just isn't going to happen with Fran's track record and where things are at.
It would seem to me that Iowa is pretty confident of missing out on Carton if this is the length their going to to try and pull in Tyrell Terry.
That's putting it nicely. He's a kid they should be able to get without having to send Patrick up there to close the deal
Fran does have that set up pretty well. Have his kids walk on so when Fran takes a low major job his boys can come and play right away.

I would think if we wanted him we would get him. He's not very athletic so he would be a good fit for Iowa
