That place looks fun, I get a lot of ads on CF for it. I'm just not that big on what old Ashley is offering though.

I can see that. It's a similar school that isn't tucked right into the middle of a big city but the city it is in is still big enough that there's plenty to do.

The thing is, there's a perception in the Twin Cities that the suburban Twin Cities kids that go to Wisconsin are a bit arrogant simply because they think it's cooler to go to Wisconsin than Minnesota. Hopefully, that doesn't affect you as I don't think it necessarily applies to grad school students. At least I hope not because it looks like the Wisconsin medical school actually has fairly decent tuition prices comparatively (Out-of-state tuition looks to be about the same as in-state tuition at the U of M medical school but I could be reading that incorrectly).

I did Urban Dictionary KC's pillowcase trick.

Everyone has a picture placed on the pillowcase of a different person, think Angelina Jolie or Jennifer Anniston. You cut the eyes out so you can see and place the case over your head. It then turns into your key club type party and you hook up with that "celebrity". That way you say you slept with Heather Graham (aaaaahhhhhhh........rollergirl) and not Stephanie from two doors down.

I haven't seen that in the law school at all, so I don't think it applies to the grad schools. And I know people that went to Wisconsin for undergrad (including one who is from the Twin cities), if that perception is a concern at all, would you want me to ask them if they felt that perception existed when they were an undergrad?

You don't need to ask them that question. My daughter has a friend that will be going there and she does want to visit the school. If she likes the school and the financial package is adequate, I don't think she'd have much trouble going there.

aaaaaand that would be another resounding NO. You need to spend less time on Urban Dictionary and more with Martha Stewart (or Heloise, or wherever the hell I learned the trick).

To clean your ceiling fan blades, pull a pillowcase over one blade. Clamp down on the opening of the pillowcase (at the base of the fan), and drag it off the blade, making sure it stays tight against both the bottom & top of the blade. All the dust, lint & cat hair is captured in the pillow case. Repeat for each blade. When you're done, take the pillowcase outside, turn it inside out & shake it, then wash it (still inside out). Keeps the dust from landing on the duvet, or the kitchen counters, or anyplace else but in the pillowcase.

I think it's safe to say that putting a pillowcase on one's head and cutting out eye holes is not a good idea.

It makes for a funny scene in Django, but still a horrible idea.

I'm not sure why some gifs/images just don't show for me. Usually I can right click and "view image", but that didn't work for these. :(

Cooler, regarding the second gif, that's hair from my era. Takes me back.
 
Today's exercise consisted of busting ice off the driveway and sidewalks and clearing them out. Was a doozy, didn't get snow moved like I should have last month and was kinda thick. Think that takes care of teadmill and weights for the day.

If decent tomorrow, I will hammer out mom's driveway.
