It just quit snowing. Time for your daughter to put her beer down and grab a shovel.
That is awesome. I knew he was doing a thing where he surprises a family for dinner but to be a neighbor of family chosen is incredibly cool.
Went healthy with salmon and protein veg/bean mix. Why waste the running and workouts I says to myself.
Then washed away all of the gains by opening a bottle of wine.

The timing of what appeared to be my phone crapping out was horrendous. Had an unusual boys' away game tonight at Indianola (unusual as in scheduling). Texted husband twice between 5:20 and 5:30 with no problems. Little after 5:30, husband says through our broadcast equipment he's going to call me. No phone call came in. I tried to call him...no dial tone. I try to text. Just sits and spins. Husband sounds like he's frustrated, so I quickly log into my personal email on the desktop and email him the situation.
I try a bunch of troubleshooting to no avail while the game is going on. I get all my postgame stuff done, and my phone still won't act as a phone. Decide to drive to McD's before going home. See a "cherry picker" utility truck while driving and think "Huh. Wonder if they working on a cell tower problem." Less than a minute later, my text notification chimes from my purse. Yep. Phone wouldn't "phone" when I really needed it at work, and starts working less than five minutes after I leave work.
Still a touch peeved.

Wonder if the performance will have a "Man of the Woods" moment......serious, ballad stuff crooning about social justice or some such. The marketing/branding industrial complex wins if you support this stuff. Stop that feeling!!

No, some slightly balding mid 40ish guy who looks like he peeps in there quite a bit.
Didn't know what Rose Art was, had to google. When I was a kid we used colored sandstone rocks to mark on the cave walls.

Kinda? But I get it, Crayola are a lot more expensive most of the time. Our teachers request Crayola because they last longer/are better quality. I know people still bring in Rose Art or store brand. Most grades use community supplies so once they get dropped off at open house, they are divided up among the kids. No one knows who brought what.
