It's a bit like the ISU Teletubby video but with a lot more sinister. What did that guy eat/drink? It almost looks like Mizzou Koolaid. And nobody seems to care that a guy just turned around and projectile vomited.

And now you have.My wife put up a "Vote Yes for Our Schools" sign in our yard to support a local referendum. Technically, I am supposed to tell our chief that my wife put up the sign and that I'm not publicly supporting or opposed to this stance.
You should drink more red wine and eat more pie.
Full Disclosure: I have been told for over 50 years by family and friends that I need to gain weight. The only weight I am going to gain at 66 is old man fat, no thanks on that.
I may be meeting Urban Meyer tomorrow night. Anything you guys want me to tell him?
Plant an ISU flag right in front of his podium.
"A local Cedar Rapids man was physically taken down by police authorities at Ohio State's coach Urban Meyer's press conference. This story and more on KCRG, TV-9."
[Stab in the dark on their branding]
OK, so the vixen announced this morning that she is making her world-famous chicken and noodles tonight, and serving it over baking powder biscuits. I am having lots of trouble focusing on work.

Meh. I think I've gained enough stress pounds in the last seven years for both of you.You should drink more red wine and eat more pie.

Gumbo is more of a seafood stew than a soup, IMO.My vote is "not if you make it right"
It's about time for a large batch of gumbo for me. I don't consider that soup either, BTW.
Our usual coups are chicken and rice, egg drop, vegetable beef, clam chowder and lentil. I never knew what lentils were for the longest time until my wife put a bowl of lentil soup in front of me one night. It's become one of my favs now.
My wife does not follow recipes, so the soups are a taste adventure every time.

Actually, we've already been checking into gyms and local facilities that have water aerobics for me. We both work so much we don't eat healthy and we're too damn tired to exercise. I'm done with that. I have some personal goals that I hope to achieve. Not the least of which is to lose weight!Stress is a bad bad thing. But soon you can do want you want and someone else can have your stress. And you can start the first cat-orangutan sanctuary ever.

Completely agree. I think tackling the most obvious issues (poor diet & inadequate exercise) will impact the other issues. It may relieve some of the back issues, but while I can alleviate the scoliosis somewhat, the arthritis is irreversible.I think stress causes more health problems besides weight management. My asthma was way worse when I was still working and at that time had only three little kids. My husband's blood pressure seemed to lower when I quit work to stay with the kids because we weren't always trying to juggle schedules to figure out care for a sick child. I think it affects heart disease, diabetes, back pain, headaches and migraines, gastrointestinal conditions such as GERD and IBS, and a host of other conditions.
