The way UA does uniforms you would think Northwestern is their lead school. It's amazing how everything for Northwestern is so spot-on and everything for Maryland is "swing and a miss".
People like this? Looks like they're trying too hard to me.
But I'm old and prefer classic designs like the Colts & Giants.
Only issue I have is the two different helmet logos. Hate that and numbers on helmets so it is a double whammy. Other than that they are great.
Those Hawk uniforms are sweet, I have to admit, but too bad their team sucks.
If I were them, I'd never go back to their current uniforms from these.

I thought maybe the pattern on the grey numbers was supposed to represent the bricks of Kinnick Stadium, but looking closer it was more of an "I", confirmed by this article says "block-I" pattern:

Am I alone in thinking the Iowa alternates look stupid? I don't understand why everyone has such a massive boner for adding as much black & grey as possible to their uniforms.

Pretty slick. I'll be channeling my childhood and cheering for them either way the next two weeks. Despise Ohio State & Wisco needs to go down for that cakewalk schedule of theirs.
I think the Iowa ones are ok. But Grey when your playing Ohio State? This is another Red pom poms to the crowd when playing Wiscky type of disaster for that AD.
