I don’t know but 8 boxes to me wouldn’t seem like too much for around 100 face masks. I hope they are helmets though. And someone already said that they’re helmet boxes so it looks like I’m wrong.

I like the 77 throwback idea, but I would be happier with new gold helmet with stencil I-state, standard cardinal jersey and gold pants.

I'd bet alot that we go with the Yellow Helmets. Curious on what we go with for the jersey and pants. Is it CFB that allows the home team to pick their jersey color and the away team has to do an "opposite" color?
Yeah, just found out about the '77 Peach Bowl ceremony. I'd be shocked if they've had throwbacks waiting this whole time, but I'm now optimistic about seeing G/C/G once again. They can use the red stencil logo on the helmet!
1. Players of opposing teams shall wear jerseys of contrasting colors. Players on the same team shall wear jerseys of the same color and design.
2. The visiting team shall wear white jerseys; however, the home team may wear white jerseys if the teams have agreed in writing before the season.
3. If the home team wears colored jerseys, the visiting team may also wear colored jerseys, if and only if the following conditions have been satisfied:
a) The home team has agreed in writing prior to the game; and
b) The conference of the home team certifies that the jersey of the visiting team is of a contrasting color.
4. If on the kickoff at the start of each half, the visiting team wears a colored jersey in violation of the conditions specified in paragraph 3, it is a foul for unsportsmanlike conduct.
Don't new helmets have to go through a break-in period? I thought that is why they announced the white helmets so early.
It's a bit comical how people wet themselves over the '70s uniforms, yet none of the shades of gold matched each other back then (or in the '07 edition).
This weekend is then 125th year of cyclone football. Do you think we will break out anything special?
