I've mentioned these in previous threads, these make me go bonkers:

When I first read the word Houston, I pronounced it “HOW-sten.” I think that’s normal for a 5-year-old — although I was 16 at the time. 
When our oldest daughter was about that age, she pronounced the movie "Princess Diaries" as "Princess Diahrreas". There was no way we were correcting that one.
When my son was that age he would get super excited when mom made Sky-yetti (spaghetti). He's six now and I still call it sky-yetti.
I noticed this when I was a kid. My grandmother called the refrigerator the ice box. My aunt called it the Frigidaire, which was one of those brand names that became part of the language, like kleenex or radar-range.
I had a band teacher growing up that could not pronounce the word "accurately." It would come out as "ak-URR-it-lee" with no "yew" sound, just urrrrr . . .

I have a coworker who says "with all intensive purpose" and "mind bottling". It has become a running joke when he's not around.

Reminded me of putting together my first model. Besides not realizing you had to remove the individual parts from the molded framework (I really had never seen anyone put together a plastic model) - I read the word chassis and imagined it was pronounced 'chass-a-siss.'
When I was a wee kid just learning to spell I was challenged to spell my oldest brother's name. I confidently said, "C A R O." His name is Carl, but I always heard it as Car-oh.
Food in the freezer is the opposite of thawed, which would be unthawed. Why is he taking it out of the freezer?

Since it's football season, I'll go with: instead of "offensive and defensive" many people say "offensa and defensa." As in: "Iowa State's defensa line has looked really good" Kirk Herbstreit says it that way every time.

Had a boss from South Dakota - instead of saying copy, he said 'cappy.' "Hey, make me a cappy of that." And yes, we made fun of him when he wasn't around.
