Not DCEU related, however, I did just recently finish up the latest round of DC TV shows, which includes The Flash (Season 3), Legends of Tomorrow (Season 2), Arrow (Season 5), and Supergirl (Season 2). Therefore, I figured I'd not only update my superhero TV show rankings to include all those seasons, but I'll also give a little short review for each:
The Flash (Season 2): In general, this show has take a step backward with every new season, including this one. The likable characters and heart is still there in this show, but the middle of this season was really weak and felt stretched out. Luckily, it redeemed itself somewhat towards the end.
Arrow (Season 5): For a series that has been going drastically downhill, this season was a major step back up. You could tell the creators tried really hard to go back to this show's more grounded roots with grounded villains, and it worked. Not only was the storytelling and villain Prometheus good, but they also worked to weed out, minimize, or redeem all the characters I really don't like in this show. However, it took them half the season to do it.
Legends of Tomorrow (Season 2): I really cannot stand this series. While most the characters aren't terrible, the way they use them are. This show not only has terrible storytelling, but it just goes way overboard with the cheese and camp. How they play out the villains in particular is just so so stupid with really terrible motivations. Just when I thought it couldn't get worse than Season 1, Season 2 came along. Please please get rid of Damien Darhk. I can't stand that dude.
Supergirl (Season 2): This season was just a solid fun season similar to the first season. Nothing amazing, but nothing bad. This series really rides less on an amazing story and more on the coattails of its likable charismatic characters, particularly Melissa Benoist as Supergirl. How and who they introduced as Superman was really solid too. Shoot, even how they pulled off and played The Guardian throughout the season turned out much better than I expected (I thought it was be terrible and really contrived). This series biggest fault might be how heavy-handed it can be on the good ole "social justice warrior" front at times, but its likable characters allows to to just kind of ignore and look beyond it.
Here is my updated superhero TV rankings to include all these.

I'm officially moving on to Agents of Shield Season 4 next. Based on some of the mixed thoughts on The Defenders, I thought I'd shimmy in AOS first to get me a little Ghost Rider action. Plus, I still like to mostly follow timelines.
