I'm trying to find a balance between livable and time to take care of Z, since our previous childcare providers provided all our allergy problems, and maybe even the occasional chance to finish the dissertation, but that's pretty much the last priority now.
Apparently, that's all kind of a challenge.
Are you wanting to teach? DMAAC is looking for adjunct instructors in everything. The pay I think is horrible, but probably meets your other criteria. They call one of my retired brothers every year trying to get him to adjunct math and he only has a BS. But it pays much less per hour than substituting K-12.
