Random Thoughts IX (The first 8 were probably better)

We might go if we can get reasonable tickets for us, the ISU freshman, and the minor children. That's just a lot of money in tickets. However, sister lives so far in the north Chicago burbs, we could stay with her. Kids all on spring break.

We drove to Denver last year and it was awesome, but I really have no desire to go to Milwaukee.

We have friends to stay with and who actually just texted me and said "what would it take to get you here" so if we make it to Saturday and tickets drop below $100 (doubtful unless we catch a deal) then I will drive up. If we make it to KC tickets are going to be out of our price range so this would be the last shot.

I hate snowblowers. I wrote down directions. I checked with DH. I could get it to start. I shoveled the whole damn driveway. I hate everything right now. I think it was something with the choke. I couldn't tell which way was on vs off and the graphic was completely useless in the manual. Tried both ways and still wouldn't work. Of course I'm sure doing that didn't help.

Got about 5,000 steps so I got that going for me, I guess. After I worked out for an hour and was already tired.

1) make sure the gas is turned on.
2) post a picture of the throttle, choke and other starting devices.
3) is it pull start or does it have electric start
4) we will have it running.

If you go, make sure to catch porn in the morn on the way home. Misses will think it's a nice surprise.

Had to send an employee home early. She works at one of our kiosks in the Walmarts and there was a fight that broke out right in front of it. Police used bear mace to break it up and everyone in the front of the store got hit by it.

I'm trying to imagine the kind of person that stops at a kiosk in a Walmart to have their taxes done and I just can't figure it out.

looks just like that. Gas was on (and I put gas in), key was on, turned choke some direction, then pushed the red button below it three times. Tried pulling a few times and I could tell it wasn't "right". Like, our pushmower is pull and I can tell if it's at least trying when I'm pulling. So I tried turning choke a different way. Still nothing. Decided at that point I've probably flooded the engine or something and should probably stop. I really should have watched closer when DH was trying to show me after I couldn't get it last time. I texted in in all caps and he's like you could have called for help, silly person. Figured he was eating or something.

I see the gas is on. Good. The choke on top, turn it clockwise as far as you can. Then the primer on the left side, press it and release completely about 4-5 times. Then pull fast and hard.

One thing I don't know, what is that button that says stop on it? Not sure what it is. I have an Ariens (Cadillac of snowblowers so props on the purchase) but mine is different. (was built for John Deere dealer, maybe why)

If all that fails, put on some yoga pants, a tight tank top and go to a male neighbor ( not sexist, but most likely will have zero effect on a female) and ask for help while twirling your hair and stuff.

That stop button is the wildcard I don't understand.

this is an internet pic, not my actual one, haha. I already shoveled the driveway so that's done. But trying to learn for next time. I guess ours actually does look a bit different. There's no red button thing to the right of the priming thing. It's a key. Which I turned on. Clockwise, I'll remember that. Clockwise, Clockwise.

Ok makes more sense. Thought you had some funky boots and work pants on.
