Joey still has us as a 6 even after today. Virginia, SMU, Cincy, and Florida at 5.

I hope SMU loses tomorrow, the Clones supplant SMU as a 5 seed, and we get a 4 seeded Butler or Notre Dame in our region with Gonzaga as the 1 seed. Who knows though. If they just keep ballin' out like they are, we'll have a chance.
Predictions on the Committee's thinking?

7 = Watch Campus Town riot/burn in anger.
6 = Popular choice entering the tourney.
5 = 3 wins and a Big 12 Tourney Trophy.
4 = ISU Did finish Second in the Big 12, winning 10 of 12, and won the Tourney.
3 = Watch Campus town riot/burn from joy.

I'm on the 5 line bandwagon.
I think we're higher than that, but our early season losses (and Texas! Grrrr) will lower our seed.
We are ranked in the 6 seed territory. I'd like to get a favorable 6 seed, rather than an unfavorable 5 seed.

We're a 5. 21 in RPI with St. Mary's, SMU, and VCU ahead of us with significantly weaker resumes. Won't be shocked with a 4...also wouldn't hate a 6.
Honestly don't give a ****. We're playing our best ball right now. Just beat the team in front of us.
Obviously no worse than a 6, probably a 5, with an outside shot at a four. We just won the Big 12 Tournament!

Perfect description. My favorite day of my favorite time of the year when my Cyclones are relevant (and our relevance has been outstanding for six years running!).
I don't care what our seed is as long as we get a rematch with Gonzaga. That game still ticks me off when I think about it...
