Going to the sectional semifinal tonight, 1 and 2 seeds are playing. Coincidentally, the 1 seed and 2 seed are also ranked 1st and 2nd respectively in Division 3. Should be the best game in the state tonight.

Angie banned me hardcore not long after I joined CF. I made the mistake of taking some of those posters seriously in the Cave. I got upset, and posted mean stuff. I think Angie hated me for quite awhile. Hell, for all I know, she still does. :D

I can confirm that. Angie still hates you with the heat of a million suns.

I'm the contrarian, I preferred White House Down because it didn't take itself too seriously. It is thus always rewatchable on late night TV. The girl is annoying. However, President Jamie Foxx and Channing Tatum are a winning combination. Can't help it, love me some Channing Tatum, he is surprisingly funny in both this and the Jump Street movies. It is one of very few movies where I can tolerate Maggie Gyllenhaal's character. Kind of like the actor bad guy who was also in Zero Dark Thirty, Jason Clarke, I think. Good implausible action and fun.

I also liked Olympus Has Fallen but have no interest in seeing it again. Disappointing that President Aaron Eckhart isn't exactly fair to awesome Secret Service guy Gerard Butler. Enjoyed Angela Bassett and Morgan Freeman but as implausible as WHD without the fun.
Just curious. Which movie did you see first? I saw OHF first and liked it better.

Maybe it's like the Dan Brown novels. Whichever of those you read first you tend to like best.

Kinda cool. My HS basketball team went undefeated and is heading to state to play Monday afternoon. That's a feat they didn't accomplish when our very own Jared Homan was on the roster.

Saw OHF first. Not a Dan Brown fan, although had no idea it was based on anything he did.

Saw a large jet coming in on my way home. Local airport is not commercial so I'm not sure what it was doing here. I know Pence is coming tomorrow, but he's in Cincinnati today so it couldn't have been Air Force 2.

I've heard but don't know that they send the advance staff in before(transportation etc..)

All this talk about banning wants my old user name back. Wonder if they would let me post under that.

Vikes alma mater fell to Pocahontas in the 3A semi's 80-59, Rufferidge for Pocahontas nearly outscored the other team by herself as scored 48 points.

Why no schools in Iowa went after her I'll never know.

It's not based on anything he did. We were having a discussion one night and everybody that read Angels and Demons first liked it better and everybody that read The DaVinci Code first liked that better.

Any of you parents having to deal with this homemade slime craze and the shortage of Elmer's glue that it's causing? We ended up ordering a gallon of Elmer's glue from Amazon because Target can't keep it in stock. Our house now has zip lock bags and little tupperwares full of slime all over the kitchen. They now used a recipe that uses shaving cream and now I don't have any left for tomorrow morning. It looks like I'll smell like strawberry tangerine or something tomorrow.

Not an impressive game. #1 team lost by double digits. We could have beat them. I think that was an air force plane that came in. We went by the place where Pence is going to be and they had the parking lot all cleared out (usually lots of company cars that are there).
