A 7-8 point underdog was about what I was expecting based on Sagarin data. I'm thinking the game will be closer than that though with ISU losing by 3-4.

Sounds about right given our improved play and consideration of our last game against them. Wouldn't be surprised to see that move to 9 or even 10 by tip...seems like we have lost 2-3 points prior to tip in the last 4-5 games. Believe we have beat the spread in all of them...

I thought it would be a 5 point spread. I'd take the points as we can win this game if 3 out the Big 4 are on.

I think there's a decent chance we win. I wouldn't bet against us the way we have been playing in February.

Just glad this isn't ISU's last chance at the tourney.

Just go out and play, see what happens, do the same next week, and then get ready for the real tournament.

That's why I think we stand a real good chance. We are playing well as it is, plus the guys can just go out there and play freely. We win, awesome. We lose...oh well.

I agree with this sentiment. But SY is in some ways even more critical.

The line is fine by me, just more motivation. I like it when this team is overlooked because I think they play better when they aren't in the spotlight and read too much of their own press when people are talking them up. Even now back in the top 25 still seems like WVU, Baylor, and OSU get more press recently so I kind of like laying in the weeds a little without a target on us.

I think ISU will take this game. We are not the same team when we played WVU. Not even close. We also didn't have Solomon starting at that time. We play better away. It payback time.

Yeah, we are a better team this time around. But....would have felt better about this game if Adrian hadn't had such a bad game vs. Baylor. I think he comes out nasty on senior night. He was a pain for us in Hilton. Also, I can't remove from my mind how Carter just blanketed Monte from getting the ball. And whether Monte knows it or not, it has to wear on him throughout the game. Carter appears to be the best defender in the Big12, doesn't he?

While we can play ,Bowie, Holden, and Babb....I think we're really going to have to avoid foul trouble and get guys breathers during the game. Their depth outweighs our depth.
