How quickly can ISU become an Under Armour School??

Under Armour makes some nice stuff. I work outside and I enjoy their polos. I think Nike has the better line across the board but UA is far better than what some of y'all think.

Is that Jordan in that gif? Are we becoming a Jordan school?

Actually, we are. You heard it here first.

One of the first things to roll out will be custom XXXI Air Jordan shoes in ISU colors.

Next will be football uniforms in, believe it or not, navy blue and actual gold. Something about the campus water + tradition.

Ok, I lied.

Shoe mockup was a flight of fancy I posted on Twitter last summer.

Thought the place needed some levity around here.

Nike is the King and you clearly try to stay with the King. But if we have the WORST contract, then go get some competing bids and work with Nike for a better deal. Simple.

As an aside, I doubt more than 2% of the posters on this board are even remotely qualified to discuss fashion or style in any sense of the word. Most of us would be better off fashion-wise, if Garanimals were available in mens sizes...

I have one! And another that has black instead of the navy - looks like Chiefs in disguise. Starter clearance sale in Cedar about 15 years ago... $15 winter coat, but absolutely atrocious now. Like avocado shag carpeting.

I wouldnt be shocked if we did become a Jordan school, were certainly higher profile than some of their schools. Also, I think the blue and gold is already taken by michigan signing with jordan.

I'm not really a fan of some of the newer Jordans, but I would straight up murder somebody for Iowa State Jordans.

Nike is everything Under Armor wishes it could be but never will. They should have stuck with what they were good at - underwear.

Speak for yourself, I know better than to wear my brown pumps with my black Murse (man purse). That is a fashion faux pas. None of you could pull this look off like I can.

Yeah, because we have so much leverage to use against Nike. If we tell Nike we got a better deal somewhere else, then they'll likely just say, don't let the door hit you on the way out.

You guys are all so picky. My wife has purchased me a fair amount of Nike and UA clothes and it all seems nice to me. Then again I remember being excited when 2007 rolled around because the 1 on my ISU coaching clinic shirt looked like a 7. It was like it was brand new again. Minus the yellow armpits.
And the people that had LA Gear deserved every ounce of ridicule. From the flashing Karl Malone shoes, the catapults, and jamming two shoelaces per shoe, they have to be the worst shoe company ever.
Lastly, one of my buddies in HS got the Kentucky denim blue Converse for Bball.

Your wife buys your clothes?
