Some theories are saying they think Ford is the guy who found the maze, built the house (shown in last night's ep) and then went and killed Arnold and gave himself these God-like powers. I don't buy it because the hosts don't age so how could he run the show this whole time and the humans not notice he isn't aging?

I could buy that Ford is keeping these things, that are his connections to Arnold, for the sole reason he is trying to break the maze himself. That scene where Teddy was telling the "tale of the man in the maze" is pretty interesting, and think there could be some clues in that monologue that will come back up at a later point. I am curious as to if Arnold killed himself or faked his death, and is living at the center of this maze (character, of him, created by him or he is alive) , and Ford is still trying to figure out the maze, hence why he has kept these "faulty/sophisticated" Arnold robots around. Again, I think the Teddy scene tells us a lot about the story about the "man in the maze" we just haven't realized/they haven't showed us how yet.
Agree. The fan theory that I think nails it closest is that the maze is actually for the robots, not the MiB. The little girl told the MiB that the "maze is not for you". It is the means for the robots to achieve self-actualization, and Arnold designed it. Ford is trying to stop it.
Damn. Hadn't thought/heard of that one. That could be the winner right there.
Yeah, that theory has been going since like ep 2. I think the whole theory process is why people gravitate towards shows like \W/ and GoT. They keep people thinking/guessing. TWD is dying for me because there is no thinking anymore, just watching.
I may be biased, but I always felt that way about TWD, didn't engulf me like a lot of other shows that have come out during its time. Just felt like Blood and zombie guts for the sake of blood and zombie guts. That and I felt it got a little to easy to predict, but I guess that happens with most every show.
Best episode of the season. I find myself saying that after every episode. This show is so good.
The Yul Brenner killer cowboy character made the movie, I always thought that character may have help influence The Terminator.
Anthony Hopkins was great in that final scene. They nailed it with him as Ford.

Same, when Bernard said "what door" I was kinda upset haha, I knew he had the chance to be one, but I was hoping he wasn't. The Theresa mimic is a very interesting idea, so he has control over Theresa while people still thinking it is the original one. Hadn't thought about it, but that very well could be how Ford covers his tracks.
Yep, turned to the wife and said hes a bot as soon as he said that. It helped that he just got done talking about how the hosts only see what they want them to see. They can look right at something and not see that its there. Brilliantly played out by these actors. Still disappointing that it was him. Gives me a sad. Really it started to feel weird when he and Ford were at that meeting and he took one for the team, awkwardly.
The preview for next week shows Ford pulling the sheet over a dead body. Is that Theresa? If it is her, you can see the female board member and Stubbs also in the room. Are they bots too then?
That will come back to haunt him later i have a feeling. I still cant wrap my head around the fact that Ford is able to control all of the hosts without a device/remote. I wonder how much of him is robotic.
There have been some instances where he didnt say a word. Its possible they recognize danger to him or his non verbal stuff.
