Random Thoughts VIII: The Ocho

MBB is our real want. Everything else is either covered or within our price range.

WDSM that is mostly BS unless you damaged the doors. From my understanding isn't the deposit to cover damages not normal wear and tear/maintenance?

MBB is my real want, too, but of course that is the one sport they only have 2 tickets. And it sounds like this year they won't be gone as much in the winter season they usually are (as of now anyway). My dad did say he requested a seat change, but their old seats weren't too bad--first row balcony. MBB are the tickets he's had the shortest amount of time (like 5 years maybe?). They've had WBB over 20.

So with the house I used to rent from a friend of a friend, we paid $1500 for deposit towards the house. Here is his cost breakdown. Does this not seem like BS?

Deposit - $1500
2 doors - 180
Labor - $200
Cleaning - $100
Air Filter/Furnace Maintenance - $200
5 trips for leftover garbage - $300
1 trip to Goodwill - $60

Total Back $460

I would fight the furnace stuff for sure. The garbage and goodwill, this is why you do it yourself to avoid the hosing. Think you would lose that battle, would guess they would says it's your job and 360 would be within reasonable.

Also, what does a trip for garbage count as? 5 trips makes it seem like you guys left a small landfill behind.

That's another thing I'm trying to figure out. I left over a weekend and all that was left was some random stuff in the garage. I told him all that could be thrown if he wanted. Or I would've done it that next week myself.

All I gotta say, WDSM, is that sucks.

We got docked...I wanna say $200...because of giving notice three days short of 30 days. And that was off a $600 deposit.

Haha, CG's friend is literally using #CGhungover as a hashtag on Facebook.

That's meow friend! I was next to her all day but feel bad I didn't chat much cause I didn't feel great. I actually didn't think I had too much last night. Woke up feeling pretty good and took some precautionary aspirin and then didn't eat breakfast for a while. Think that made my stomach unhappy. I've done that before and should have known. So then sitting in a tube on water after a very curvy drive didn't much help that.

The hash tag about the hill? Yeah the one guy was super wasted and got out to climb a very steep hill. Was so sure he'd go tumbling back down.

If this interviews goes well maybe we can afford to go to a game or or two.

It blows my mind when people legitimately fall for my trolling. Like, I'm not even trying to make it sound serious. I don't know why they think some random dude sitting in the middle of the Pacific Ocean has all of these connections with the coaching staffs and recruits.

It's like fishing with a bare hook and still getting your limit.

What sport? Wrestling actually has a hawaii connection. That's why we've had a Hawaiian wrestler on the team for awhile. Believe it or not, he's actually from your hometown also.

Shout out to Boxster for being an great tour guide around the chain of lakes, an excellent host, and awesome rhubarb crisp baker. # twin cities biking more interesting than rural Ia. biking.

Lots of interesting pups on route, 2 sheep dogs, 2 irish setters, lots of labs, and many other types of dogs, all which did not chase or bark at you as you go by.

Basketball, Whar Lard thread. It was a lot of fun, but now Pants decides to suddenly develop a conscience.

Doom is on Syfy. Low rated by critics and audiences but scifi!

And Rosamund Pike. :)
