There's some interesting men's soccer action going on tomorrow. Neymar gets to play with the boys which could be awesome in a number of ways and two other interesting matches in Mexico-Germany and Argentina-Portugal.

Crazy soccer match going on right now between Japan and Nigeria. 11th minute, and it's 2-2. Game has already seen a PK and two goals just a couple of touches off the restart.

They are unfairly challenging my Eurocentric view of history with this airplane thing. Should have been a warning or something.
Haven't watched the Olympics since the first |"dream team" . It was much better when they were amateurs. Don't need to see a bunch of pro's fighting for endorsements.
I want to see the best athletes in the world in the Olympics. Glad they wised up and allowed them to play.
Come on - at least let the other countries have tonight where they all think they have a chance.

Also, this opening ceremony hasn't been very exciting.
I just looked it up. The guy was from Brazil but moved to France as a teenager. All his work and the actual plane and flight itself took place in France. Keep reaching Brazil.
So far their two most famous people of the ceremony made their careers everywhere but Brazil.

Yes talking about airplane dude. The two people to show national pride and accomplishments of famous residents. Neither of which spent their adult lives in Brazil.
This opening has been kind of depressing. I guess I'm being superficial here, but I didn't expect social lectures...
