I learned two important things last night.
1) When my daughter says her tummy isn't feeling good, she's not being dramatic.
2) A tiny hand covering a tiny mouth does not, in fact, stop vomit from coming out. It does, however, give said vomit the opportunity to project in several new and fun directions.

There was a poster awhile back complaining about Aunt Maude's but I guess it's not a bad place to work as all of our better kitchen people have left to work there. Today the guy that is the only backup for my position said he's putting in his two weeks.
This is one of those weeks where I just have to get through it. Next week I have a team outing to a baseball game, a team lunch and a program after work drinks meetup.
went running yesterday morning and had a couple sore spots on the bottom of my feet. Even with wearing new socks that are supposed to be good for blisters. Anyway, last night I was like going nuts because the one spot just itched. Turns out I think watching fireworks on the patio the other night - think I got a mosquito bite on the bottom of my foot. Walking is no fun! It ITCHES!
If you run faster, mosquitos won't be able to land on the bottom of your feet while you run.

Firstborn had Pyloric Stenosis. Food goes in, gets partially digested, can't pass through Pyloric valve to intestines. Nowhere to go but back out, projectile style. My little six-pounder could shoot it across our 10' wide trailer.
You have my sympathies, cooler.
went to a concert thing downtown tonight. Sandal broke walking back. Had to walk on the street and through a parking garage (including stairs) with a bare foot. Ew.
