No, have to figure out new bike car rack (haven't used it yet) and also need to buy some stuff while there like bottle rack, new bike underseat bag, mirror etc. Will also take for test ride before i leave with it. Just don't trust that it will be "right".

It was quite rough having to take the keys from grandpa but not nearly as bad as when we first put him in assisted living. He was comfortable and declined quickly after we moved him. Sadly (hard to put it that way but only those that have dealt with demenita and alzheimer's know what I mean) he lived three more years after that.

Fireworks going off around us. Makes me miss Andover and the whole damn town blowing itself up on the 4th.

My fathers dementia was considered mild. He stayed home and while he couldn't remember how to do things he used to do he would still wash and dry the dishes with mom every night after dinner. He had good moments and bad moments. When he went downhill he went fast. I was there when he passed in the middle of the night and in all honesty I felt relieved. No one wants to see their parent just lying there in a bed.

I am in the town of Horsham which is very nice. The center of town is closed off to cars and lined with shops and small food shops. Lots of restaurants and pubs. Unfortunately the majority of my time has been in the office and the hotel. I'm not sure I will even get a chance to go into London for a day. Been putting in over 12 hours a day and the last few have been all nighters.
In fact it's 5:30 am here and I'm still up

I think she realized what was up cuz the blinds came down hard about 5 minutes ago.

Took a trip to the mall today with Ms A. We (she) needed to go to Bath and Body Works to get more soaps and wall flower refills. She got all mad at me because I left her side to organize the candles in front of the refills.

It took me like 10 minutes, big deal. How are people gonna know what the refills smell like if they don't have the proper candle in front to sample the smell??
