Random Thoughts VIII: The Ocho

I, and more importantly, the kids survived our weekend sans Mrs. JCyclonee. If any of you are visiting the Twin Cities, one of my favorite things to do is to wander around the Stone Arch Bridge. The mill ruins on the west side of the river and hiking trails on the east side of the Mississippi river just make for a really cool experience.
Is that across from a cereal plant and looks to be electric plant? Was there for a wedding last summer.
How was the KC and Cg haunting this weekend?
That's the area. If the wedding was at St Anthony Main there was one going on there this weekend. Looked pretty high falutin'.
In spite of the haunting, I accomplished everything I was hoping to do. I assume they were friendly ghosts.
The wedding was by the river and then we walked to the bar across the street from it. Then we got a ride back to our hotel on the other side of the river. Was about a 10 minute wedding so I enjoyed it.
Got it. So the bar was probably at St Anthony Main and the wedding was at a church near there. I know there's a big funeral home near there. You didn't go to a wedding at a funeral home did you?
Pretty good but good to be home.
Dropped into work for first time in three weeks and of course spent the first 90 minutes with help desk since my computer was no longer connected to ANYTHING.
Couldn't decide whether or not to leave my car windows open at work. I went with closed. Right decision.
This makes me miss living in a small town. Although the small town I grew up in was somewhat renowned for car break-ins.
My car is way in the back of my boss's property, you can't see it from the road, plus it's out in the country. There have been vandals roaming around at night though looking for unlocked vehicles before though. I'll leave my windows open anywhere, except Beloit.
Wedding was outside by the river. We were a block off the driving bridge we crossed. Was a single name, iirc. Like Salvatore's or James's. Large dining/bar. Dance floor, outside patio. Had to go downstairs for restrooms I remember. Last time I tied one on hard.
Vic's? A lot of those places have changed names since I used to go out regularly.
Think it was the internet phone. Computer net cable is plugged into phone. Bypassed it and got connected. Unplugged the phone from the lan and it rebooted.
