We need Lard to make it to campus and be able to contribute right away. The La Tech transfer is a must as well. It's going to be frustrating watching us struggle to rebound for another season.

We can't count on Lard. He's maybe 50-50 at best and didn't even play last year.

Need a grad transfer, maybe two

I disagree. Stone tablets coming down from the mountains are pretty clear in their message while being pretty straightforward. I believe the NCAA is more like one those chose your own adventures books that you read as a kid where you don't know what the outcome is going to be. But flip to page 74 to find out.

I would love to get Gill and Holden, but it seems like Holden is the only one we have a real shot at. We have 4-5 guards capable of playing at a high level. That leaves 3-4 guys that will need to fill out the frontcourt.

Burton and Bowie are closer to small forwards than bigs. Holden is a good athlete that fouls a lot, and isn't going to dominate the paint with bulk (not to mention hasn't committed). Hopefully Carter develops and Young can contribute right away. Too many coinflips to not be really worried with our frontcourt.
