Ever watch that show on ScyFy "The internet ruined my Life"
One of the episodes was something similar but on a much worse scale

Are you referring to the facebook "tag" or the non-facebook "tag"?

Actually Dubuque is, to me, the home of the one-eyed one-horned flying purple people eaters. My aunt and uncle lived a block from University of Dubuque. When I was 5 or 6 we walked over to look at the homecoming displays. One was a one-eyed one-horned flying purple people eater themed on a novelty song of that year.

Hey if they didn't test them tonight I would have missed out on this. My 8 year old drug so down to the basement and showed me how to duck and cover. He then explained that we had to turn off all the lights. I was feeling a little like Anne Frank must have felt but we were apparently hiding from a self aware tornado.

You're probably happy to know that I also know the one-eyed, one horned, flying purple people eater from a Dubuque connection....probably not so happy to know it was from the KATF 92.9 Saturday night cruise that played all "oldies".

Last few RTT have gone to around 14-15,00 so this has probably another week or so. Once a mod comes in gives the word RTTVIII will go up.

Don't pick it up till Monday. It's setting there with winter Blizzaks on it and they need to switch them out for summer slippers and they only had three in stock today. I am also getting the Blizzaks thrown in. Caused a mini riff between sales and finance. Finance didn't like providing two sets of tires on a car with only 4000 miles that they had priced below retail but sales had placed a placard on the car saying it came with both sets. "We don't offer two sets on a dealership company car" "But that's how we advertised it" "Oh, poop, okay."
