Not landing Killins sucks, but I have a good feeling about Montgomery and I think he will be just as good.

Probably wanted to stay by his family, his girlfriend, sometimes they offer earlier playing time. I can think of a few reasons. Hell there is even three star recruits that go FCS like at NDSU instead of G5.
