Held them scoreless in the 3rd, under 50 overall, scored four touchdowns, beat the spread by 20 pts - that's about 1000% better than most of us expected. Hard to be tooooo angry right now.

I gave up on this staff after Toledo. I'm totally apathetic right now. BUT it was 27-10 ISU in the time frame I watched the game!

I was ready to make a sammich run at the half but stayed to watch part of the 3rd and we played well enough for me to finish watching. If someone had said we would turn it over like 4 times and not get totally humiliated I would have thought they were crazy. Lanning and company plus some inspired defense made the 2nd half worth watching.

Might have to make a homecoming run if they will play Lanning but I am guessing Rhoads will not commit to that during the week. Weather forecast is decent and buddy has bunches of tickets no one uses.

I haven't been convinced he is gone although I can't justify to myself not firing his ***. I think JP is just looking for something, anything, to rationalize not firing him and Mangino.

Should but we will have to see if the job preservation self-interest of Rhoads/Mangino can overcome what seems to be entrenched stubbornness.

We were owned in the first half

We were pretty respectable in the second half.

Game was never seriously in doubt for Baylor but we had reasons to cheer and watch in the 2nd half.
