DM Hoover (my high school) has a winning record this year (6-3)! They won probably three games while I was in high school so I'm glad to see them doing better.

Does it do it for calls, too? My parents were each getting all phone calls to their phones and I pad (like my Dad's phone would ring if I called my Mom's number, his calls would ring on her phone). Not sure if it is the same type of issue but I went in and changed some setting. Couldn't tell you what off hand because we have 3 Galaxies and 1 iPhone (which is not here atm).

Not sure, I haven't tried calling them yet. They're coming up today so I can try when they get up here.
 
In recognition of when Saturday morning was for cartoons and not football. Also why coffee is better that tea.

Last weekend of 5:30am wake-up calls for softball tournments. Then start all over in January for volleyball tournaments.

Working up the ambition to get on the treadmill. Haven't used that thing for 6mo or so. 50 degrees and 20mph NW winds sounds worse than the treadmill, though.
 
Football is putting me into the need for comfort food and it barely 1200 noon.

thinking of ******* off the second half and going to Clancy's for sammich.

........ only trouble with the barbecue pork sandwich is that it's not always available. But if it happens to go missing from the chalkboard's list of specials, you can't go wrong with the roast beef, sliced paper-thin and still a little pink. The meat is stuffed between a baguette with shaved onions and pickled vegetables, plus mayonnaise, mustard, and enough horseradish to put Sudafed out of business.

So, trying to determine if I should inform my mom what those neat little metals balls with chimes in them are really for...they were sitting in the box on the living room coffee table and now the kids are playing with them. (Ben wa balls if it wasn't obvious)

Heard a family at the HyVee gas station say they were on their way to a SB tourney in DSM. Helped the 11yo in the station get the cap on her hot chocolate. She slightly reminded me of my niece.

In true ISU fashion, we'll probably come all the way back and then lose by two, missing the two point conversion we'll have to attempt due to that missed extra point kick.

Held them scoreless in the 3rd, under 50 overall, scored four touchdowns, beat the spread by 20 pts - that's about 1000% better than most of us expected. Hard to be tooooo angry right now.
