***Official Iowa State vs Baylor Gameday Thread***

I think there is a misunderstanding about what was meant by "historically good". One means they have been good for a long time, another means they are better now than almost any team throughout history. Funny, both versions of "historically bad" could be said about us.

Mixed feelings. I don't normally want ISU to lose, but for some reason, and I don't know why, but I want Baylor to drop a C-note on us.

Theres the right answer.

Baylor's biggest challenge is staying focused, in terms of winning it all. They were blowing out MSU at halftime last year in the bowl and simply didn't show up for the second half. I fear something similar will happen if/when they represent the B12 in the playoff.

At times their offense almost takes their mind out of the game it so outmatches any defense.

I saw 3 bad plays in a row. Lanning could have made one guy miss just as easily. Both threw dumb throws. 1/1 dumb throws each.

Sam fumbled on purpose then dropped on it last week. Let that sink in.
What??? Yeah it was definitely three bad plays in a row, but what are you talking about. Richardson didn't have a great throw but it was at least a catchable forward pass. He didn't have any real options.

Then what the hell are you talking about that Sam purposely fumbled. He threw it away into the RBs feet. Then the officials were slow on blowing it so he jumped on it to make sure.
