I'm surprised I've never made my mom's cake that's basically white cake, but a cream cheese based frosting with cherry pie filling poured on top.

Emailing mom now.

The stupid on the football board is actually kind of enjoyable.

Also, shout out to Birdy for finding the dirt in pretty much shutting down the Hawk troll posing as a Cyclone.

I'd go with muffin tins, just buy the foil liners. A little bit of extra work (I put the crumbs in the bottom of each, press down, pretty bake and cool) but so much easier than trying to cut a pan of cheese cake. Just my professional opinion. ;) I have a raspberry white chocolate recipe I like and a dark chocolate recipe I like, too. Cheesecake is my fave.

hmmm. Those can probably sit in the fridge, right? My other reasoning is that it probably takes less baking time to do one pan vs the cakes and the oven might be getting lots of use. but I do like the mini look.

I have an amaretto mascarpone chocolate pie thing I want to try out as well. Oo, amaretto slush, just remembered that. That makes for a tasty drink that we can make ahead.

I may be interested in that raspberry white chocolate recipe if I don't already have it. I wonder if I can split out the fillings/toppings to be able to do a couple kinds if I don't do the 9x13.

I do agree clown shoes Rhoads is strange.

But....I.....I can't even figure out what that guy THOUGHT he meant.

clown shoes
something or someone that is a total joke
*your sneakers are ******* clown shoes dude
*that ****** aint nothing but clown shoes
*dude, your car is total clown shoes

I actually find it pretty appropriate for our coach.

But yes, I have no idea where his thoughts were going on that one. It literally bottles the mind. :twitcy:

House smells like apples and cinnamon. Co-worker gave me some snapples from her trees so thought I would experiment a little since I had some topping left and frig'd from last rhubarb crisp, so mini-snapple crisp in oven.

I make a more "traditional" cheesecake that usually sits in the fridge overnight, so you can make a day or two ahead. If you are thinking NYE, usually our garage is one big 900sq freezer.
