I guess that depends on whether you really like your gal and are at all serious about her and are using the term "girlfriend" in it's traditional sense. If she is any kind of a girlfriend she is going to expect you to escort her to the wedding. If you are any kind of a boyfriend you will be at the wedding.

Did go a little higher impact this afternoon, wife got some groupons for Sky Zone, a 2nd trampoline park in CR. Good time on the last day with 2 preschool kiddos.

And thanks everyone for the well wishes on 1st shift, Mrs.00 and I are really trying to not get to fizzed up on it, it's a pretty good chance, but falling thru now would be pretty rough.

I feel your pain. We didn't have kids to contend with, but we did have to go through nearly two years of PapaLew working 3-11 M-F and me working 8-5. Lemme tell you, it sucked. I would try to stay up to spend a little time with him when he got home, but there were plenty of days when we didn't see each other awake...

Yeah...I really can't complain on that front, although we did both work full time before littlest00 was born. Since littlest came along, Mrs. works part time (2 kiddos full time in daycare was pretty close to her takehome pay, so why work to pay a babysitter), so we get some good time together. My biggest concern going forward was not seeing little00 other than before I dropped him off for school.

But yeah, polar opposite schedules can be a bear.

As well, I'm naturally an early to bed/early to rise guy, and I cut out caffeine in the last few weeks, so my more natural rhythm means I'm about ready to fall asleep at my desk at 10 PM.

Not trolling, thanks for the perspective. I'll be at the wedding, I love her so I never really have a choice. I just really really wanted to go the home opener. It's gonna hurt a lot to miss that game.

That large area of light northwest of Minneapolis is interesting. That is Williston, ND and the surrounding area. Not sure what would produce that much light. There a lot of small towns around there and lots of wind turbines. I went to Nasa's website and looked at the full res picture. Pretty neat

That would probably be it. Oil derricks and not wind turbines, I didn't fully zoom in on Google maps so I just assumed turbines because it looked similar to a wind farm.

You can at least stream the game via Cyclone.tv on your smarty phone, just not during the ceremony itself. :smile:
