Didn't like the yoga pants?

Oh, sorry, no...me. Kinda got my hopes up for something at work, even though I knew I shouldn't, and I got the hot cocoa sampler/jelly of the month club...and back to feeling jacked around a little.

*edit: I should clarify...it wasn't really the hot cocoa sampler/jelly of the month club, it was actually someone trying to take care of me, but the way it presented, it ended up making me feel worse.

Is this about the first shift thing you were talking about before?

Yeah...too long to explain other'n my boss's boss offered me a job on 3rd to try and get me off of 2nd so I could see my kids since I just talked to him about "hey, this is going to become critical here in a short while, I've been with the company 12 years, and I'm pretty sure I'm a valued member of the team, and I want to stay here, but if I'm not seeing my kids...yeah...", and while I appreciate the offer, it also reminds me that the opening on 3rd is because I didn't get talked to about a first shift job, and so now the job on 3rd is open because someone else IS moving to first. Granted, the first shift job is back in management, so perhaps my boss assumed I wasn't interested...

Got to the DMV at 12:19, got home at 5:20. There has to be a better ******* way.

Kansas was absolutely ******* horrible. You had two options. You could go wait in line and get a number when they opened at 7 but make sure you are there no later than 6:30 or you won't get in that day. The other option was to text a certain number right at 7 and that would get you in the queue..just do it by 7:10 or you were S.O.L.

But I thought you didn't want to be a manager?
