My dog found a locust to play with on the back patio. It buzzes whenever it screws with it. Great fun!

My wife and girls are going to the concert a week from Sunday and I might be forced to listen to 1D on, basically, a continuous loop up until that time. I was forced to listen to Maroon 5 non-stop for about 2 weeks prior to that concert.

Second friend from college in two days has announced the impending arrival of their second child. One couple has been married a year longer, one couple a year less.
Though I suppose this actually makes it seven college friends now on at least #2.

Slow morning here.
I've had a busy week so far. Munchkin fell on Monday and had her first serious scrapes on knee, knuckle, and nose. Not serious enough for a doctor visit, but definitely slowed her down for a day. I've ran errands and had to find a babysitter for the weekend. Thankfully, someone was available on short notice.
I promised two of our newbies that I would run with them before class yesterday, and it started raining just before getting home to change. I still did pretty good. I need to learn how to breath better though, I had to fast walk a bit to get my breathing better under control. I managed at 10.59 minute mile though. So, yay to improvement!

poor Z! Nice job on the run - I find that I tend to start out too fast which destroys my breathing. I have to consciously make myself slow down even if I feel like I can go faster to start.
