Significantly less than is charged....but that's not the provider's problem, you guys are as ****ed as the customers. It's the luxottica monopoly. I wouldn't give you **** about it, because I know it's not you, but I think a lot of people don't realize, and think it's their providers that are the ones raping them.

I don't work for Lux anymore. Thank ******. Our stuff at my private practice is MARGINALLY more expensive but the quality is 10x better. I feel much better about what I'm doing now. Luxottica is a **** hole of a company. Plain and simple.

Anyone remember what time hipster wedding starts? Incredibly muggy here in southern Iowa.

My old guy neighbor is on Medicare and Medicaid and they just keep giving him whoever the worst doctor there is in town. The latest one changed his meds all around in a way that the pharmacist put the hammer down on and called the doofus doctor about the screw-up.

Oh, yeah. .I guarantee wxman has swampass right now, it soupy up here too

Out in West Omaha at the Walmart 55. Where ya at?!

Like waaaay west 180th & Center, or the one near the interstate at 132nd & L?

Will catch you all up later...

I will be drinking tonight when this is over.

Can't wait. Here's hoping you're coherent enough in the morning to tell the story.

Although, as much crazy crap we've already heard, if you post stone cold sober, some of the stuff might be unbelievable.

Edit: Now wondering if WDSM pulled a Brooklyn and meant to text. Hmm.

At my company, the 'advice' that's given is that unless customers are with, for the most part, you act like you would with your own money...but if you're gone for a week, one 'splurge' meal is kind of expected. I don't know that anyone is ever really disciplined unless there's complete unethical stuff, but depending on your boss (whose budget it hits), it can make things awkward for you.

No doubt that's why ISU does research trips on a reimbursement basis. I was approved for $1000 or so more than I spent, but hitting that limit would require me to spend it up front.

I would have preferred some of that done up front (like the hotels), but this was a very effective extra motivator to keep the costs down.

I have no idea. Right off the interstate about 10'minutes east of Gretna probably?

I think you'd have to assume WDSM has her number for him to text her.

It is literally boggling my mind that a girl would get mad that her hair got wet because I did a cannonball.... while at a pool party.... when she was in the pool. My head literally hurts because I am trying to comprehend it.

Was her hair already wet?

All I know is that everyone took her side in the 10min I was berated for doing it. I cannot understand why. I just told her that she shouldn't be in the pool if she doesn't wanna get wet.

Apparently not. I have no idea. But why the **** would you go in a pool in the first place if you absolutely did not want to get your hair wet?

She probably wants the ability to go out later without having to shower and re blow dry/straighten/curl.

Girls are crazy about their hair. I usually try to keep mine dry when in a pool, but know that it may happen.

I guess you're right. Sorry that I wanted to do a cannon ball. I will never do one again

I mean, I could pick this apart a lot, but just sticking with the hair part, women spend a lot of time and often a lot of money getting their hair the way they want it. It's even not uncommon for them to not wash it every other or every few days to keep it that way as long as they can. If she wasn't in the water, it's a reasonable belief that she wasn't planning on her hair being wet. If there were no kids around, it's even reasonable to think she would be able to get into the water and not get her hair wet.
