Walking Dead

True, but these are fairly minor and understandable sacrifices relative to what other leaders have been doing to keep their group alive. Heck, keeping the surgeon around who beats his wife is entirely understandable for the good of the community. Her son was an idiot, but it seems like most of them were pretty naïve about the outside.

I bet they have an exile hearing and it turns into them electing Rick leader. People have to know this woman let her son run rampant, knowingly lets a man beat his wife, all in the name of creating her idyllic utopia vision.

My question is more related to "when" the W gets put on their forehead? Several walkers had W's, and the one girl tied to the tree who was freshly killed and turned while tied up had it, meaning before being killed. And the guy sitting across from Morgan had it already. So is this simply how they recognize each other? And, eww, why?

The guys that attacked Morgan had an "ash" W, not a carved W. I'm assuming they do it after they are killed, or in the process of, either way.

I'm pretty sure that was a scar but I could be wrong.

I thought it was a branding, or a scar. Weird that they just kill everyone (including a woman last week). Wonder how big the group is going to be. Just those two guys cannot be responsible for all of these traps, etc.

Speaking of traps I can't believe Daryl didn't see that coming. Those cans all tied to the outside of the trailers were suspicious.

Out of his element, it was a parking lot in an industrial area. Daryl is a woods guy.

I am with you, though. I was looking at the cans and thinking WTF is up with those?

Admit I haven't followed this entire thread, so sorry if double posting. But some of these are fantastic.

I recently rewatched the series with a newbie...Carl has about a 27 episode streak of telling one or both of his parents they are wrong. Like every single episode he tells Lori, Rick or both of them they are idiots.

Interestingly, when Carl almost gets raped he suddenly stopped telling his Dad how dumb he was cold turkey (not so stupid when he's saving you from rapists huh?). I'm not exaggerating. At a certain point I started laughing out loud every time Carl told his parents how stupid they are.
