Our house in the Wichita area was 2,500 square feet, 10 years old, in a nice area and had an awesome granite bar in the basement. We bought it for $175k and just sold it for $185k. That would be closer to $250k here.

I'm just going to move forward from this point going on that every night is rum night in the Cowgirl household unless otherwise proven differently.
