Yuck. That's no fun. It's most likely Babe Portal withdrawals. It's a combo of things. I just think I need change. The work schedule is about to change again and get worse.
Dream job would be doing forensics or anything sports related. I suppose getting a dream job out of college would have been nice but unrealistic. I'm grateful I had a job right out of college but it definitely wasn't something I wanted to be doing.Yuck. That's no fun.
I may have asked you this before, but what's your dream job? Similarly, what would you have preferred to do straight out of college?
Interesting night in Omaha last night I guess. Geesh

Yikes, 55 is going to need a 10 p.m. curfew for her own safety.
Sounds like a pretty thin alibi. You part of a gang?55 was at home watching a movie and hanging photographs in the living room. I don't recognize some of those street names, must be north Omaha.
Me and isuChi hold it down over here in Hawaii for ISU.
Dear lord I wish I would quit clicking on the Prohm 1st recruit thread, unfortunately it's like a car wreck that you just keep looking at.

I've considered buying a bike recently. How many miles would you think one has to bike to replace the same excercise received in running one mile?
Really depends...will you be flexing the whole time?
Inside Out was so so. Far from Pixars best work IMO.

Dr. Edward Coyle of University of Texas determined that riding 20 miles on a bicycle is similar to running about 5.6 miles. For every mile of running a cyclist would have to ride about 3 1/2 miles. Keep in mind that many other small factors can change this outcome.
Found this roughly correlates to my personal experience/impression:
And to do this I am not coasting along, I am making a conscience effort to pretty much try and maintain the best speed I can and to keep pedaling even while going downhill to keep heart rate up at a decent level.

For you you don't like running, so bike. For me me I cannot really run anymore, so biking.
