I almost feel like I need to hire a secretary. Filling out expense reports are a real pain in the ***.
WTF?! Since when does US Cellular charge for late payments? I've paid my bill late lots of times and never been charged extra
Storage unit in Kauai is battling me to not send me a receipt for my payment on my corporate card, because the unit is under the name of an employee on that island. Despite the fact that the Self Storage place calls my number and my name for payment with records of it going on my AmEx every single month. I don't get it. This shouldn't be difficult.

the manager books weren't quite like that, but I found quite a bit as being relevant to things I do/say and helpful for things I can do differently. And just things about life/family/whatever.
