so our project manager totes said we were awesome to work with (and seemed like he meant it) and we ended up multiple thousands under budget which he (and our realtor) said never happen. Said we were always on top of our stuff and made smart choices. Happy feelings! We have keys!

I love it when you go to buy groceries and it comes out to an even amount. I bought 3 items, it came to $11.00. The subtotal before tax was $10.95. I bought 2 frozen pizzas at $3.50 each, and a box of cheeze-its for $3.95. Sales tax in WI is 5.5%. The only thing that can be taxed is the cheeze-its but that would be more than 5 cents. So I'm not sure
