I guess I just have a difficult time with Lindsey Hunter having time to actually interview for the job at the moment considering his team is in the Finals. It's possible the series lasts until June 19th. Think it's part of the reason that our search could still last 2-3 weeks (in the words of Pres. Leath)?

Wrong Hunter. I'm talking about Lindsey Hunter, not Ron Hunter. BIG difference. I do not want Ron Hunter.
That's interesting if Hunter in the Finals could be why the search takes so long.
But at the same time I would think he could make a pit stop flying from Cali to Ohio. Or Pollard could go to him. But maybe he has to wait for the season to end, I'm not sure.
There are many days off in the Finals. Plenty of time to interview and JP and Leath can fly to Cali or Ohio to interview him.
Yeah, good call. Was thinking he was still on staff and that Gentry was going to take him with to N.O. but I guess he wasn't kept with the Kerr takeover.
Interesting to note, DePaul was reportedly interested in Hunter for their opening this spring. They also had Tyrone Corbin (interim for Sacramento this season) on their list - but he's a DePaul alum. They used Parker for their search as well. DePaul ended up hiring an assistant from Tulsa who had previously been the head coach there.
I was told about this rumor online on this blacksportsonline website about Gregg Marshall interviewing here!!!!!!!! HOW GREAT WOULD THIS BE!?!!?!?!?! Doug Gottlieb even thinks there's a shot at us getting him. I hope blacksportsonline is right on this rumor!
