You guys all know that I've been working out, and have mostly met my goal. There's still a tiny bit more I'd like to get rid of and realized that I had slowly been increasing my portion size again. I have started to contemplate if I should make an excel sheet. Just not quite sure how I want to set it up. 6 Meals a day with only a total of 15g protein and 22g carb per meal. I am not sure if I should use an if/then formula, but I haven't played with them either......I feel like I am trying to channel CG without the better excel knowledge. :)

I only use MFP for food so I'm not much help here :)

I'd just have CG do the spreadsheet for you. You know she loves that ****.

I was going to suggest using an app as well. MFP is My Fitness Pal and you track food/exercise. Another one is Lose It! Both have a large database of food, you can build/calculate your own recipes, and scan barcodes on food to look up info. Lose it seemed to have a better interface for me, but I haven't used MFP in a long time. I have another app that just tallies # of servings instead of recording calories. ETA--if I am using it, I will measure out servings.

And speaking of food, I am trying to make my meal plan so I can grocery shop. Got sucked into Pinterest. Found a recipe for chicken kabobs where you make a "paste" from bacon (put raw bacon in a food processor) and mix it with spices to cover/marinate the chicken. Trying to decide if that sounds good.
Also found a recipe for a jelly donut bundt cake that will be happening on Monday morning.

Flexing dude get owned by gal behind him. Last "flex" in this video.

Every time I see this I become more convinced that this was set up by the team. It is just too perfect that they started with that group and ended with them...and, oh, by the way...she just happened to be a body builder.

Hahah nice!

It was a long fall, but totes worth it

Seriously though, if you are going to have to cover that at all you are going to see one of the reasons why a lot of racing cyclists shave. It is more often to do with the potential of dealing with crap like that than aerodynamics.

I have a buddy who had a monster crash at the conclusion of a race. It was a big sprint finish with a gentle downhill. The race hadn't been difficult enough to select out a few riders so there was a giant pack coming in together doing about 45 on that downgrade. A guy went down right in front of my buddy and he had no where to go but over. I saw him the next day at another friend's wedding and rather than dealing with pants and all of the rash he just went to the wedding in shorts.

Yeah, I know, Brool Cory Sto.

Sleeping was a ***** last night. I had it wrapped up and when I took it off this morning it was disgusting. I should've went and bought neospirin last night but put it off. Went with soaking it and cleaning with anti bacterial soap and then peroxide on it.

I don't think it would be that bad but I had a previous scar in the same exact spot from barbed wire like 8 years ago and it opened it up.

So apparently Pants did not die overnight. Guess I can cancel my tentative plans for repossessing and reissuing the Hawaii avatar to another Hawaiian Cyclone.

So if anyone is entirely avoiding the BB forum and the Hoiberg threads, you may want to at least read Jeremy's OP in his Hoiberg update thread - some actual information.

Otherwise, it is still a wise choice to avoid that board altogether.

Speaking of running, one of our nieces had joined a running club (8-9YR) and she ran so well that her coach wants to do a 5K with her.
