******* NIACC man.

Wait. How old are you?

Nevermind. Math is hard.

You missed out on reading my totally awesome opinion columns at NIACC LOGOS (may it rest in peace) AND my totally awesome sports columns in the Iowa State Daily.
I worked for Logos from the fall of 2004 to spring of 2006. Unfortunately I didn't get to cover any sports because there were more sports writers than there were sports to cover.

And I'm 29 to answer your question.

Is the peanut challenge like the emmenecker challenge at Jethro's...like if she passes it, does she get a free meal, T-Shirt, and her picture on the wall at the doctor's office?

I thought that said you worked for LEGO...which would have been much cooler.

Am I the only one who at this point does not care if Hoiberg leaves? I'm ready for Otz to be coach and get all this drama over with. I don't know which side is holding up the process (Bulls or Hoiberg), but I feel the whole thing has been handled poorly.

I do feel bad for Otz because, if he becomes the new coach, people here will talk all kinds of **** before he even coaches his first game and then they will crucify him after his first loss. It's going to be brutal.

I just want it over with. Nothing positive coming out of the holding pattern for Iowa State University.

Will he get to wear a cap and gown? My FB has been full of preschool/kinderprep/kindergarten pictures. Most of them were wearing caps and gowns.

Caps and Gowns? Wow, all I got was a Final Report to Parents that said I was good in "reading readiness" but a dumb little **** in math. Said I had a "very vivid imagination and it shows up in his freehand drawing". Also that I "didn't fight nearly as much anymore and he is much more settled in the room" and added a reference to "despite the trouble he gave me at first". Or so said Miss Farrill.

Next year in first grade it was noted that I was sarcastic, a sarcastic five-year old. :)

I have all of these old report card things that my mom saved. The written ones are amazingly candid and parents today would probably freak and have a hissy fit because honest assessments include negatives.

I have not totally set aside my sarcastic playground brawling ways.

Not quite "I don't care" but way into resigned to what is coming. Kind of depressing to always be riding the Cyclone rollercoaster. No coach that is good and I want to stay ever stays other than Orr and Fennelly and I don't even really like Fennelly anymore, respect but not like.

Majors left and won a national championship at Pitt. Bruce left to coach Thee Ohio State University. Floyd bailed. And now the Chosen One won't even stay and finish the job (apparently).

Starting to feel like I need to go brawl on the playground again. Always worked when I was five!

I did sports my freshman year, was assistant editor my sophomore, went to isu and covered sports my junior year than had a semi-weekly sports column my senior year.

Now that I think about it, 55 is probably the only one that possibly read my columns, and that's only if she was bored and wondered to them on Tuesdays and Fridays. CG would have missed it by a year.

Well, Blum as well, since we were on the paper the same time. But his columns were obviously significantly better than mine, hence why he's doing what he does now and I'm doing what I do.

I fancy myself a decent Scrabble and Words With Friends player, but the last week I've been getting my *** beat. Especially by two players that i used to be feel were pretty evenly matched with me for over 1 year I've been playing against them. Did they just get smarter, or am I getting dumber??

How much have you been in the basketball forums during that time period?

Have you checked their smarty phones for a Scrabble app? I think they may be cheating.

so 55, to continue last night's discussion of how awesome I am, Mrs. 00 goes to work at noon on Wednesdays, the kids go to preschool/daycare all day. She got a new phone, but it wasn't receiving calls, it would ring her old phone, but she could call and send/receive texts.

So while she took the kids to school, I called to get it fixed. They couldn't get it, said I might have to swap sim cards. So while she went to her mom's book club, I ran to the store and got it going. Got home just as she did, but she had to eat and get going to work early to leave early for graduation tonight. So, knowing she'd be in a rush, I made meals and put them in the fridge so she can just heat them up and eat, not be so rushed to get to graduation.

Yep, that's how I roll.

I'm going to have to hire you to give pantsy some lessons.
