Yup, East is far too crowded all the time. CFers should go to west instead of splitting between the two regions.
West was not crowded at all. I got teamed up with Kare Kalken and we absolutely dominated. Teaming with a partner is much more fun. Easy to bait the big guys towards one of you, pump the other guy full when he is about to be eaten.
People need to put Cy or CF in your name bolded so it's easier to find people.
I usually select West and then toggle (up down arrow) between west and east with preference towards west looking for Cy or CF in others name. If not I go it alone.
I'm starting to wear thin on the game though, was fun at first, but can be very annoying on servers with a ton of people. Also once you get gigantic, gameplay becomes ungodly slow and monotonous.
