Walking Dead

I really liked the episode. I thought it was the best one since the season 5 premiere but then I love when the show gets weird. I would have like T going out in a little more heroic fashion but oh well. I don't really get why it's become so fashionable to hate every WD episode...I mean, if you didn't like last nights episode your just not going to ever like the show. It literally had everything you could want...crazy walkers/bodies, main character dies, intense scenes like them choping off T's arm...I mean great stuff!

I don't read comic books, I'm going strictly off of the TV show. Losing Tyreese just didn't hit the "I give a crap" button on me. He's always been very vanilla and, quite frankly, kind of a *****. The only way my mind will be blown is if a Season One character dies. When that happens I'll be floored.

Agree here. Tyreese's character was boring IMO. See ya-

I have never been one to be a fan of hallucinogenic "ghost" type scenarios that don't lead to anything, other than showing the complexities of a dying character. This show seems to be getting more and more about character development right before a character dies. Radio might have been more interesting if it was "real" versus symbolic of his dad/upbringing.

I did like the foreshadowing in the start, we thought they were at Beth's grave, but it was Tyrese's. I also kind of loved some of the way this episode was filmed, like from Tyrese's eyes when he fell at the gates. I also liked how pragmatically they stopped and pulled Tyrese from the car. Glad there wasn't a whole bunch of melodrama there.

Someone put a helluva lot of time & effort into that. :)

Kidda clever until you think, "Where's Michonne?" How can you go on for 21 panels without even mentioning the black women with the katana who is The Black Highlander.

It's sexist, man!

Or, depending on where you were standing while carving, that could be an "M" as in Morgan or something. I don't know why he would be carving his initial into them and dismembering them like that though. The wolves thing seems much more plausible as it was clearly framed in the background of the one shot. Also it seemed like there were hints of wolves, the animals, in the commercial for next weeks episode.

It's been a while, but I don't remember any female highlanders...so it didn't really trip my radar. And you left out Sasha...she can be pretty badass also.

Don't open unless you seriously want to be spoiled.

It's pretty clear they are setting up Negan and that Richmond camp got messed up by him. Someone drove through their walls, cut the survivors in half, and then keep the corpses. That's gotta be the Saviors. Plus Glen's days are numbered since he just found Lucile and from the sound of their conversation maybe Glen actually let Negan out at Terminus. That is way outside of his range in DC, but I could see that being one of his followers. Or maybe it was him and he just has been following Rick's group. The rest of this season could be insane with Negan maybe even showing up for the season finale even though that's way ahead of the comic.

I have been really impressed with this season. I was ready to give the show up after the Governor. Man they messed that up.

I don't think they're going to make that Lucille's real origin, just kind of a morbid little bone being tossed to the book readers. Glenn will probably use a bat for the rest of the season.

Yah I can understand if people dislike this episode as it was slow. Next weeks should be good tho.
