I can't blame the University of Kansas to go by KU instead of "uck".
It is the University of Kansas, but they go by KU.

University of Kansas = KU; University of Colorado = CU; University of Denver = DU; University of Missouri = MU; University of Nebraska = NU; University of Oklahoma = OU; University of Tulsa = TU. It seems to have been pretty standard for many Midwestern universities to use this same format for their shorthand reference. Is it Kansas University?
Gonzaga and WSU are two teams that can be overwhelmed by strong rebounding inside teams. They are not that impressive. The problem I have is that UNI beat WSU, which I have been saying for 2 years is NOT a great team. That team in the Big 12 would never even sniff the leaguy championship. If UNI is a tough environment for them, think what Hilton or the Phog would be like. When you play teams like WSU at home, you should EXPECT to win. The only real story is LOSING to them at home.

we found a way to lose to Texas tech. UNI is good, losses happen. They found a way to lose to Evansville.

Because the big 12 has respect? So they are just perceived as the worst of the good big 12? Not sure what you are asking really. How is Texas still making the Top 25 at 14-7 and 3-5 in the Big 12? They are on a 3 game losing streak now and if it weren't for us peeing the game down our leg in the last 5-10 minutes that would have made 3 double digit losses in 3 games for them now. They've only beaten 1 ranked team all year making them just 1-4 record against top 25 teams and just 4-6 over their last 10. Texas has been over-rated for several weeks now and I'm not sure why they keep getting the Top 25 votes that they are other than that they are Texas and while they have some talent and potential on the roster they haven't come close to reaching their potential yet.

Wichita St maybe, Gonzaga is a solid rebounding team, Sabonis is 6'10 and one of the best rebounders in the country, Karnowski is huge, Wiltjer isn't a guy who wants to bang inside but he's 6'10" too. Arizona is the best defensive rebounding team in the country and Gonzaga got 14 offensive rebounds on them.
They have three Woodburys.
UNI reeks of a team that will win out, grab a 3 seed, and get housed by a power conference 6 seed in the Round of 32.
Because it's body of work. Not who beat who.I'm surprised Maryland didn't go down more but they raised Ohio State up a bit with a win over them. Why is Duke not above Virginia right now?
**** has us at 14 and has consistently been on the low end of voters this year. Time to resume the boycott.

My goal is to have Kentucky lose for the first time during the NCAA Tourney, when we play them.
