Fielded a phone call from a customer who lives in West Virgina today. Every stereotype was met dead-on. I was trying to help him get to a form online, took over 45 minutes. Couldn't get it to work, kept calling his "smart phone" a "goober," insulted his wife in the background multiple times, yelled at his dog, etc. "Adobe Acker-bat? What the heck is that?" It was a true exercise in futility.
