Thats probably closer to reality than I would like to think.
 
The Starbucks Plan: first they hook you on the frappucinnos with cream. And then you move to the frappucinnos with coffee. Then you move to the mochas and macchiatos. Then you move on to the Lattés and Americanos. Then they finally move you on to the cheap regular coffee and your hooked for life

In his defense, if he was trying from the phone, it is really easy to hit the wrong letter.

Confession time. I had no idea what the difference was in these. I'm not a coffee drinker. I've gotten a vanilla chai tea latte from Starbucks before and it was decent, but I stick to water in the mornings and hot chocolate or tea if I need a hot drink.

Really the only difference between them is how much espresso / milk / etc goes into each drink. Except frappucinnos. Those are like icee's
 
Coffee is disgusting as evidenced by the fact that people have to dump massive amounts of creamer, sugar etc. before it's considered drinkable.
